Charleston County Register of Deeds Karen Hollings recently announced the launch of the Property Recording Alert System — an email notification service designed to keep residents informed about activity related to property records in their name.
“The Charleston County Register of Deeds Office is pleased to introduce the new Property Recording Alert System designed to help residents stay informed about activity related to property records and other relevant documents found in their name,” Hollings said. “I’d like to thank the Charleston County Technology Services Department for helping our office do this internally, saving taxpayer dollars and making Charleston County government more accessible for our citizens.”

- Register online — Visit recordingalert.charlestoncounty.gov and enter your first and last name (minimum 3 characters each) along with your email address.
