The CTAR Global Business Chapter was established in 2019 to provide the education to expand core real estate skills and knowledge needed to meet the unique needs of foreign clients. This includes building awareness of culturally appropriate business practices and providing networking opportunities with other international business professionals and organizations.
CTAR Global Business Chapter membership dues are $90 Annually but have been WAIVED for all Realtor Members for 2026!
GBC Membership is open to all CTAR Members in good standing.

The CTAR Global Business Chapter has been awarded the Platinum Global Achievement Program Award from the National Association of Realtors® for 2023! This is the fifth consecutive year CTAR GBC has reached Platinum status. A 12-person NAR staff review team determined that our Global Business Chapter rose above the competition, providing the highest level of service, giving members the tools, education and networking needed to handle international real estate- and also continued to work in innovative ways to connect to the global community in our market area and beyond.
