In 2011, the National Association of Realtors®️ (NAR) expanded its state and local advocacy footprint with the launch of the Realtor®️ Party Initiative. The program provides grants and other resources for state and local Realtor®️ Associations to run candidate and issue campaigns, advance smart growth, promote housing opportunities, encourage diversity, and more.

Since the launch of the Realtor®️ Party Initiative, CTAR has directed over $500,000 of grants and resources towards supporting our members and local communities through research, education, and outreach. CTAR is the only group exclusively fighting for home ownership, real estate investment, strong communities, and the free enterprise system across the Charleston region.
