Leadership Development Academy

CTAR’s Leadership Development Academy provides Realtor members who have an interest in taking a leadership role in their Association and community the education and training to enhance and develop their leadership skills.

During the interactive training sessions, you’ll collaborate with other Realtors®, sharpen your communication, networking and leadership skills and have the opportunity to learn from some of the most dynamic leaders in our community.

Program Prerequisites

You must be a licensed Realtor member in good standing to participate in the Realtor Leadership Development Program
You must be available to participate in ALL sessions

Pay the tuition* ($500 for the 2024 program)

*Partial scholarships are available for those who qualify, please apply for the program first and then email Meghan for more information and a link to the scholarship application.
