This course will review the roles of both aresidential and a commercial property manager and the differencesbetween them. We will review the best practices in tenant relations to improvethe agent’s leasing success. Finally, this course will expand on the importanceof the property manager’s responsibility to account for funds received anddisbursed in the transaction.
