This isn’t a policy lecture. It’s a hands-on, scenario-driven class built specifically for agents who work
alone, host open houses, and meet strangers for a living.
South Carolina’s Constitutional Carry Act (H. 3594, effective March 7, 2024) fundamentally changed the legal landscape for real estate professionals. Any non-prohibited adult may now carry a concealed firearm without a permit — at open houses, on showing appointments, and at listing presentations. This course equips agents and broker/owners with the knowledge and tools to navigate that reality safely, legally, and professionally.
Through direct instruction, real-world case studies, and interactive scenario work, participants will learn exactly what the law requires, what it permits, and what it does not — and will walk away with tangible resources they can implement in their practice the same day.
