Completing the broker licensing courses will give you the training and education you need to understand how the business of real estate works far beyond buyer and seller transactions.

Broker IIIA (30 hrs) and Broker IIIB (30 hrs) are the two (2) courses required by the Real Estate Commission that must be completed in order to apply for a Broker’s license.
Broker IIIA: January 27-30 | 9am – 6pm
Broker IIIB: February 10-14 | 10am – 4pm | Course Exam February 18, 10am
