REALTOR Membership Requirements

As a REALTOR® member, you are required to complete two types of training every three years–Code of Ethics training and Fair Housing training.

This requirement is only for REALTOR® members and is in addition to your state licensing requirements and additional education required by CTAR.

The current cycle runs from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027. You must complete both trainings before December 31, 2027.

code of ethics training
