We’re excited to welcome three new faces to CTAR!
Ryan Ilardi – Communications Manager
Ryan joined CTAR in August after seven years in athletic communications, most recently serving at The Citadel since June 2023. He specializes in media coverage, digital content, and storytelling, and is excited to lead CTAR’s communications, helping keep members informed and engaged.
Michael Ramsey – Government Affairs Director
Michael came aboard in mid-October and brings more than 25 years of experience in real estate, local government, and economic development. He previously led Berkeley County’s efforts to support local industries and launched the Future Ready Program, connecting students with career opportunities. Michael is eager to serve CTAR’s 7,000 members and strengthen relationships with elected officials and community leaders.
Vaughn Postema – Community Engagement Manager
The most recent addition to the team, Vaughn started at CTAR on October 27 and brings experience in community partnerships, professional development, and organizational leadership. Known for her collaborative approach and passion for helping others thrive, Vaughn will focus on building meaningful connections between CTAR and the communities we serve.
