Description: Selling a new construction house can be different than selling a re-sale. Whether it is an existing speculatively built home, a“2B Built”, or a custom home, there are things every agent needs to consider in order to properly protect the consumer. This course explores some of these differences in detail and involves a lot of class discussion.
