Winning Grounds with Ethics is an interactive 4-hour continuing education course that strengthens ethical decision-making through real-world disciplinary case studies and game-based learning.
Using Monopoly-style scenarios, Tic-Tac-Code case challenges, and Ethics Bingo, participants analyze brokerage mistakes involving misrepresentation, disclosure failures, unlicensed activity, wire fraud, agency violations, land development risks, and environmental oversight. Through guided discussion and scenario analysis, licensees examine how small decisions can lead to significant professional consequences.
Each activity connects directly to the REALTOR® Code of Ethics and applicable license law, reinforcing practical strategies for risk reduction, stronger disclosure practices, and protecting client interests while safeguarding one’s license.
