This course is designed to help South Carolina real estate professionals confidently navigate the state’s latest required forms and contracts through practical application and case-based learning.
Participants will explore how to identify, interpret, and accurately complete the essential forms that guide a residential sale from client engagement to contract execution.
Attendees will gain a clear understanding of the Disclosure of Real Estate Brokerage Relationships, Buyer Representation Agreements, Compensation Agreements, Purchase Contracts, and Addenda such as the Home Warranty Addendum (Form 555).
By the end of this course, participants will be able to:
• Recognize and apply the appropriate SC real estate forms to remain in compliance.
• Interpret the purpose and key sections of buyer representation, compensation, and purchase forms.
• Analyze case-based scenarios to determine accurate form completion and negotiation strategies.
• Evaluate the implications of contract terms and addenda on client representation and transaction outcomes.
