The At Home with Diversity® (AHWD) course equips real estate professionals with the tools to thrive in today’s multicultural marketplace. Taught by instructor Arthur Takeall, this one-day class also fulfills NAR’s Cycle 8 Fair Housing requirement (1/1/25–12/31/27).
Through this course, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of diversity sensitivity, how fair housing laws apply to your business, and how to build professional guidelines for working effectively across cultural boundaries. The skills you’ll learn will not only strengthen your client relationships but also position you as a trusted, knowledgeable advocate in an increasingly global real estate market.
