Description: This 3 hour Fair Housing course covers the historical aspects of laws leading up to the Fair housing act and the modern day programs regarding equal access to housing. Then we explore Fair Housing as it pertains to Property Management and advertising. Followed by case studies to demonstrate real world applications of fair housing laws and regulations.
