Commercial Investment Division (CID)

The Commercial Investment Division (CID) of CTAR is a group of specialized commercial Realtors® and affiliates representing many local and regional brokerage and development firms. From 2022 to 2025, the Charleston CID was recognized at the Diamond Level Accreditation with the National Association of Realtors®, ranking among the top commercial divisions in the country for its services.

The Charleston CID is also part of the National Association of Realtors® Commercial Alliance, which focuses on legislation, education, and professionalism in commercial real estate. CID Membership is available to Commercial Realtors®, Developers and Affiliates, but membership must be approved by the CID Executive Board.

$ 225 Annually

For CTAR Members who have 2+ years experience in commercial real estate.

OR
Have 1 or more years experience and have completed at least 1 CCIM or SIOR class and practice commercial real estate for at least 60% of their license related time and income.
