RHOF is the association's philanthropy, an endowed fund that supports non-profit organizations to make a positive difference in the local community. The RHOF committee works on raising and granting out funds for affordable housing. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Advisory Group promotes awareness, education, and dialogue around inclusiveness within the real estate profession and CTAR activities. The group advises on education related to fair housing compliance and building an inclusive real estate practice, and provides perspective to help ensure CTAR programs, events, and governance are viewed through a lens of inclusiveness while supporting the growth of diverse leadership. The Legislative Committee serves as the management group for CTAR’s government affairs initiatives. It oversees the CTAR Public Policy Guide and helps the Association determine its stance on emerging issues, incorporating input from members and subgroups. The committee also makes policy recommendations and advises CTAR staff leadership on solutions that align with the Public Policy Guide and the NAR Preamble to the Code of Ethics.

The Candidate Screening Committee convenes on an ad hoc basis to interview candidates running for local and state offices. Through CTAR's streamlined vetting process and internal rating system, the Committee recommends candidates who are most likely to represent the Realtor®️ voice for approval by the Board of Directors. The RPAC Fundraising Committee supports and promotes the REALTORS® Political Action Committee through local fundraising efforts. The committee plans and advises on fundraising events and activities, and promotes RPAC to members, encouraging investment. The committee oversees a donor recognition plan, highlights the value of RPAC, and works to meet fundraising goals. The Broker-in-Charge (BIC) Advisory Group serves as a strategic sounding board for the Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® (CTAR), providing insight, feedback, and guidance on programming, education, and resources designed specifically for CTAR’s Broker-in-Charge members. The Political Strategy Committee oversees and guides CTAR’s political strategy. This includes authorizing independent expenditure campaigns for candidates rated 'Recommended’ by CTAR, as well as making decisions related to the disbursement, activities of funds from CTAR’s local RPAC account, and other decisions related to candidate recruitment and political strategy of the organization.
