Description: Fair housing is an important, but often misunderstood issue. This course brings the law to life with clear explanations and practical applications. You will learn what is protected under the Fair Housing Act and what is not. You will also learn guidelines for advertising, love letters, and compliance. Because the class is taught by a lawyer, you will receive tips beyond “ask an attorney”.
