You will learn to quickly recognize personality tendencies\, adjust your approach with intention\, and build stronger rapport from the first interaction. By understanding how different personalities respond\, you can reduce misunderstandings\, minimize friction\, and guide transactions seamlessly while creating a more confident\, client-centered experience. \n \nDISC is a behavioral assessment that provides insight into how individuals prefer to communicate\, make decisions\, and respond under pressure. By learning to recognize these personality styles\, agents can improve rapport\, reduce misunderstandings\, and guide conversations with greater confidence and clarity. \n \nDuring this session\, Denise Swift-Hendricks will lead participants through the DISC framework and provide practical strategies that can be applied immediately in daily business interactions.
