The Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification course is designed to provide knowledge and skills related to buying and selling second-home properties for recreational and investment purposes, as well as building a second-home business. The course covers various topics, including adapting real estate skills to the resort and second-home market, understanding the factors that affect this market, developing business and branding strategies, and helping buyers select properties that align with their vacation or investment goals.
The course is a requirement for obtaining the Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) certification.
Additionally, completing this course fulfills the elective-course requirement for earning the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation and the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation
