Description: Are sex offenders a protected class? Is lead paint a factor in steering? Are the elderly discriminated against? This course focuses on many of both the legal issues facing property managers, from fair housing to Megan’s Law, the ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, FACTA, licensing laws, and other regulations and addresses environmental concerns including bedbugs, mold and lead paint.
