SCR BOD recently approved updates to many of the SCR forms (listed below) in preparation for the future procedures in practicing real estate based on the national seller class action lawsuit settlement. Austin Smallwood will be at CTAR presenting the new forms on July 30.  Please note, this event is not approved for CE credit.
