Description: A thorough understanding of the Code of Ethics adopted by the National Association of Realtors will help build a successful real estate practice.  You will learn about the 17 articles, 70+ Standards of Practice, selected Case Interpretations, and the Pathways to Professionalism.    You will also learn about informal and formal dispute after a alleged violation of the Code of Ethics.  Finally, you will learn the relevant issue affecting who has been the procuring cause and entitled to a commission.  This course meets the 2.5 hour ethic requirement of the National Association of Realtors.
