Description: This course is a line-by-line explanation of every paragraph of the SCR Contract Form 310. It explains Due Diligence, what must happen during the Due Diligence Period, terminating the contract, selling “as is”, Repair Requests, and back up contracts. Because the class is taught by a lawyer, you will receive tips beyond “ask an attorney” and will actually have the opportunity to ask an attorney. While not reviewed in detail, you will learn how 14 other forms relate to the Contract.
