By promoting the highest standards of Professionalism, Ethics, Education, and Technology, the Association will ensure that the REALTOR® members are the primary source for real estate services in the South Carolina Lowcountry.

The Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® has served as the “Voice of Real Estate” in the Lowcountry region of South Carolina for more than 100 years, issuing statistical analysis of market conditions, offering legislative support to its members and the industry at large and serving as the premier resource for all things real estate in the tri-county and outlying areas.

The Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS® has approximately 4,200 members, and serves Berkeley, Dorchester and Charleston Counties, as well as other outlying areas and municipalities. The National Association of REALTORS®, the largest trade association in the world, has a total membership of more than one million.
